This Shiraz presents a deep, inky purple hue with a garnet rim, indicating its youthful vibrancy and potential for aging

The bouquet is intensely aromatic, offering a symphony of dark fruits such as blackberries, plums, and black cherries. These primary aromas are beautifully interwoven with secondary notes of violet, black pepper, and anise. Subtle hints of dark chocolate, espresso, and a touch of vanilla from well-integrated oak aging add complexity and depth.

On the palate, this Shiraz is full-bodied and opulent, yet remarkably balanced. The entry is lush and velvety, with a cascade of ripe black fruits that mirror the nose. Mid-palate, the wine reveals layers of complexity with flavours of liquorice, clove, and a hint of smoked meat, showcasing the terroir's influence. The tannins are firm yet polished, providing a robust structure that promises longevity.

Matured in the finest French oak for over 20 months, this extremely limited wine will cellar exceptionally well and reward the discerning collector.
