The 2015 vintage Joy continues our distinctive style of richly flavoured 100% Pinot “Blanc de Noir” Méthode Champenoise style.
Our finest parcel of Pinot Noir was hand-picked and whole bunch pressed, giving us a high quality sparkling base wine.
Following secondary fermentation, the wine has been aged for four years on its yeast lees in bottle before disgorging and bottling.
The result is a complex sparkling wine with brioche-like yeast characters complementing lifted blood orange and strawberry florals with a lovely, creamy textured palate and long persistent finish
